Objectives and themes:

The pillar of food product quality is food safety, so that it is in compliance with official local and international standards and requirements. A single defect in food safety destroys the reputation of a store that has been built for a long time, and exposes it to legal accountability. It shares with the cleaning factor that it is one of the most common causes of violations, penalties and fines for food establishments.
